All cabinet interiors vacuumed and wiped free of crumbs and dust. For furnished homes.

Move-In / Move-Out Clean
A complete turnkey clean for vacant homes, apartments, and condos during real estate transactions or lease transitions. Includes full interior cabinetry and major appliances so the new residents can unpack immediately. Full photo documentation included for landlords and buyers.

What's Not Included
For the safety of our technicians and liability protection, our insurance strictly excludes the following:
- ✕Exterior Windows & Heights: We do not clean exterior glass or climb ladders higher than a 2-step safety stool.
- ✕Biohazards & Pet Waste: We cannot handle animal feces, urine, vomit, mold remediation, or blood.
- ✕Moving Heavy Furniture: Items exceeding 35 lbs (large credenzas, heavy sofas, pianos) will not be moved.
